Part of an ambitious team, your role will be to contribute to Swan's growth in Europe, coordinating marketing events and optimising the employee experience with internal events and company off-sites

You will be responsible for the organisation of such events in coordination with different teams and stakeholders to execute superb planning on delivering events on budget.

You will be joining a startup that has seen significant growth in the last few months. We are now looking to expand in Europe, and a lot of international events are to be planned.

This role requires excellent organization skills, an eye for detail, and adaptability.

Note that you will be required to travel with this role as part of onsite event set-up and support.

? **Event Organization: The details**

Our event planning is quite extensive You're the one making it happen in the most efficient way: bookings, exhibition stand, merchandising, giveaways, scheduling...

**External events & sponsorships**
- We attend 1-3 flagship events per year that require organization from start finish including stand design and build right through to delegate arrangements and post-event measurement.
- In addition to large sponsorships, we have a number of events where we host a small stand that will require setup.
- Finally there are numerous events throughout the year that our sales team attend and while these are low touch in terms of organization, we are looking for an organized individual to keep track of all the company event participation in one place.

**Internal events & offsites**
- You are responsible for organising our 2 annual company off-sites: one in winter, one in the summer with the whole Swan team (approx. 100 people)
- Team events: our managers have a yearly budget to plan team events/off-sites. You'll make sure our managers have the necessary support to organize their team off-site happen smoothly
- Organise on-site and on-line events to gather the team often: movies, board games, drinks...

**Preferred Experience**

? **You're a great match if**:

- Experience: 2/3+ years of experience managing corporate events. Ideally you will have managed large scale trade-show style events in the finance or technology sector.
- It's a bonus if you have managed specifically: Money2020, Sibos, SaaStock, MWC
- You have worked in a fast-growing international environment
- You know how to work with external and international partners
- You are not afraid to manage several tasks at once and you know how to organize yourself
- You like to find solutions: you know how to show initiative to avoid getting stuck
- You are rigorous and attentive to detail
- Fluent working abilities in both French and English. Additional European languages a plus.
