We are looking for a **Supplier Quality Development **to come onboard in our **Quality **Directorate **in Julien's team : a team of 8 collaborators

**_Your Mission _**
- Represent quality function and assess suppliers during tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision - e.g. RFx, Maturity Gate -for new suppliers and/or services providers
- Assess supplier's capacity, capability, weaknesses, identify risk and launch corresponding recovery plans
- Lead and manage product and process audits/assessments on the product and service life cycle product - industrial/production and after-sales.
- Manage supplier approval ensuring that suppliers are compliant with ATR requirements and airworthiness regulations
- Drive, monitor and support new product introduction, industrial changes (transfer of work) to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase
- Is accountable for securing Crisis management methodology deployment at ATR suppliers and Midterm projects to secure sustainability of Delivery and to ensure supplier's performance targets are achieved
- Guarantee the conformity of a product/service to the ATR quality requirements
- Contribute to the corresponding Multi-Functional Team (MFT) from end to end

**_About you _**
- 10 years of experience within Aerospace industry, 10 years minimum in an aerospace auditing role or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Very strong knowledge of the Purchasing and/or industrial, Supply Chain & Quality Management environment and processes (senior lead assessor on Industrial Process Control Assessment (IPCA+) and/or AEROEXCELLENCE methodologies)
- Strong expertise on APQP, Quality tools, RCCA methodologies (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa diagrams, 5W methodology, etc.) & Lean Six Sigma.
- Deep knowledge of airworthiness regulations and quality assurance standards - i.e. Part 21G, 145 and EN9100
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Safety Management System
- Know how to analyse and follow production, and statistical data
- Strong project management, manufacturing processes in aeronautic industry knowledge and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, excellent time management skills and the proven ability to prioritize work,
- A positive attitude, self-motivated, strong attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills, including MS pack office and SAP (PGI & MM modules)
- Assertiveness and diplomacy
- Availability and flexibility for international travelling - 120 days per year
- Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)
