Operations Manager for Butchery Shops

We are currently looking for **Operations Managers** for an established **Retail Butchery Shop** located **in Ireland**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the Store business.
- Develop and implement operational systems and processes to improve efficiency.
- Supervise and support staff, ensuring all team members are trained and performing at their best.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to set goals and objectives for the store’s business.
- Monitor compliance with safety and health regulations, ensuring the highest standards are met.
- Prepare reports and data analysis for management regarding operational performance.
- Implement cost control measures and manage budgeting processes.
- Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement and morale

**Essential Qualifications**:

- **Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a management role with a large national/ multinational retailer.**:

- **5-7 years’ experience in the food sector industry - retail would hold a strong advantage.**:

- **Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.**:

- **In excess of 7-years demonstratable people management skills (Managing Staff)**:

- Bachelor’s or Business degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Strong organisational, management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in the English language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.

**Salary & Benefits**:
The position offers an annual salary between **55000 and 75000 Euro** commensurate with experience and industry standards.
