**The position**:
Reporting directly to a Key Account Director, the Business Development Manager is an indispensable partner for our prospects, clients and partners.

**Missions**:

- Develop new opportunities and drive associated subscription and services revenue
- Lead the global sales cycle, from outbound sales activities to contract negotiation and closing
- Work closely with strategic partners (software vendors and global system integrators) to meet and exceed sales targets
- Navigate within complex organizations, understand customer’s challenges, answer their needs, make commercial proposals, and present them to decision-makers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities by leveraging the marketing team, our strategic partners and through outbound business development.
- Manage and drive multiple simultaneous sales cycles effectively
- Understand the functions, features and Unique Selling Points of the Cosmo Tech offering and be able to effectively communicate these to prospects and customers.
- Participate in the design of the business strategy and implement it.
- You will work closely with all members of Cosmo Tech’s sales team to share best practices and feedback.
- You support and collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to optimize our global efforts.

**Your profile**:

- You have a first successful Sales & Customer experience in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations, ideally within Manufacturing
- You are a “hunter” sales profile, able to challenge your customers and guide them
- You are familiar with working in relation with strategic partners
- You have experience of managing global and complex accounts, talking to various stakeholders and convincing them (CxO, operations, IT, procurement).
- Your leadership is recognized, you are able to work with strategic partners (ISV, integrators), and various internal stakeholders (product, delivery, marketing, legal) to lead the global sales process
- You are organized and rigorous, you regularly update your CRM tool, follow your leads, and answer your customers’ needs on time
- You have a real customer culture: you like to understand your customers and bring them added value. You are recognized for your ability to create strong customer relationships, Generate sales of innovative solutions, Support growth while building customer loyalty and Work on a technical environment
- You can create compelling presentations, using persuasive storytelling to demonstrate our value to the client
- You are familiar with working in a fast-moving environment with agility, in the context of a fast-growing company
- You are ambitious, proactive, autonomous
- Your knowledge of the consultative selling approach - or equivalent - is a plus
- Language skills: Fluent English is mandatory. You also speak French. German is a plus
