**Our environment**:
Within our Operation department you are in charge of continiously review & monitor our rented vehicles & customers.

**Your next missions**:

- Analyze city performance KPI and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Assuring, controlling & improving the quality of our cars & services (e.g. vehicle availability, cleanness, relocation performance etc.)
- Oversee the securing and returning of our vehicles (in
- and de-fleet coordination)
- Support and collaborate closely with our operational departments (Claims &Repair, Logistics, Security)
- Support contact person to our (service) providers
- Handling accidents & other damages (e.g., filing police reports, etc.)
- Provide best-in-class fleet operations for your city the local fleet is intact, active on the street and core
- Ensure optimum availability of cars to customers through analysis of Business Area (hotspots), transfer times, idle times etc.
- Review and develop daily operation processes to optimize team efficiency
- Initiate cost reduction projects where required

**Technical & Hard Skills**:

- You possess good knowledge of English and French (written and spoken)
- You are familiar with MS-Office
- You are in possession of a driver’s license for vehicles
- Working with Apple products is not a challenge for you

- You are a team player with excellent communication skills and social competence
