**Your next missions**:
As a Free2Move B2C/B2B Fleet Manager Assistant, you will join the Car On Demand Operations teams.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Contribution to logistics strategies, storage, reassignment, inventory, insurance relations and maintenance management
- Vehicle mileage monitoring and economic guidelines
- Administrative management
- Processing of customer requests related to after-sales (component failures, guarantees, recalls, etc...)
- Management of customer disputes (post insurance), damage assessment and customer invoicing
- Question the car maker’s recall campaigns
- Support for vehicle monitoring and recovery
- Monitor a dashboard with operational and economic indicators (FRE, Real Life Maintenance lead time, logistics, reallocation to fleet, etc.)
- Contribute to fleet renewal decisions (vehicle orders, remarketing strategy)
- Being able to assure a follow-up of problematic cars in garages, at the dealers, on the campground.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and hyper-growth environment
- Good listener, at ease for telephone relationship with sense of customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in office tools including Excel and Google workspace
- Abitity to establish processes and to follow them rigourously
- Rigor, Responsiveness, Editorial Ease in both French and English
- Autonomy and good sense of organization
- Practice business English
- Driving License is a must have
