Evertree is a young innovative company that is making bio-based adhesive solutions the new standard for a better and more sustainable lifestyle. Evertree has developed a bio-based adhesive solution for the composite wood panel industry that enables the production of panels without formaldehyde and with a significantly reduced carbon footprint. Today, Evertree has formed several partnerships with European wood panel industrialists to market its technology. As part of a new phase in its growth, Evertree is seeking its next General Manager to continue the development of its business.

What are the challenges of the mission and what will contribution be ?

As a General Manager, your main duties & responsibilities will be on different aspects:
Strategy Definition and Management
- Develop and articulate Evertree's strategic vision in collaboration with the Board of Directors and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare the medium-term strategic plan to ensure the company's growth and profitability.
- Operational Management- Oversee company operations to ensure efficiency, supported by the executive team (Commercial & R&D).
- Supervise operational functions necessary for business activities (Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems).
- Ensure the health and safety of employees at their workplace.
- Business Development- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Represent Evertree at trade fairs and within professional sector organizations.
- Analyze market trends and anticipate changes to adjust business strategies.
- Human Resources Management- Recruit, train, and lead the management team.
- Foster a motivating work environment to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Interact with employee representative bodies.
- Financial and Shareholder Management- Manage the company's P&L and balance sheet.
- Work with the CFO to develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring resource optimization.
- Provide regular and transparent financial and business information to shareholders.
- Industrial Development- Prepare investment and startup of Evertree's industrial resin production unit.
- Develop the industrial growth plan of the company to meet increasing volumes.
- Ensure the company's ability to serve its customers through subcontracting production contracts.
- Lead the project team in charge of building the company's first industrial site.
- Start up and operate the production unit safely and efficiently (new site).

Who are we looking for?
- You'll succeed if you recognize yourself in these skills and mindsets:
- With a higher education degree, you have solid industrial business experience in a similar position involving Business Development, team management, P&L responsibility, and the development of technological solutions in a B2B environment.
- You are recognized for your relational skills and have a keen interest in business and commercial development in innovative activities.
- Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships with international value chain players and to negotiate with external stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate a vision and generate enthusiasm around the sustainable solutions developed by Evertree.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit.
- You are committed to sustainable development issues.
- You understand the importance of regulatory issues and their evolution and are convinced of the importance of intellectual property.
- Fluent in English - Proficiency in French is an advantage.
