**As part of our ambition on digital transformation, Filorga is looking for a Global Digital Consumer Experience Manager. He/She will be in charge of developing & implementing the strategy of websites and digital services for Filorga worldwide, in order to provide the best premium online experience across our countries. He/She will report to Filorga Global Digital Director and will work in close collaboration with the global Filorga teams (brand, consumer service, training, logistics, finance), global Colgate-Palmolive (IT, digital) and our countries.**

**Main responsibilities**:
**1. Website strategy**:
**Development of the strategic roadmap**:
**Create a website strategy and guidelines per type of digital development stage**

**Define the global roadmap per country in collaboration with global IT and countries**

**Website management**:
**Lead the launch of our new eCommerce websites on Shopify platform to provide a smooth, premium and efficient consumer experience**

**Manage websites optimisations/updates across D2C and non-D2C platforms**

**Be the partner of agencies for new projects and Tierce Maintenance Applicative (TMA) to optimize existing websites**

**Manage domain names**

**2. Digital tools strategy**:
**Development of the strategic roadmap**:
**Define the next relevant digital tools for Filorga (AI/VR, QR codes, chatbot etc.)**

**Build the global roadmap per country**

**Digital tools management**

**Lead the implementation of new tools with countries, Global IT, HQ and partner agencies.**

**3. Performance management**

**Define the best tracking tool(s) for website and tools performance monitoring**

**Analyze website & digital tools performances and recommend optimizations**

**Look for competitors benchmarks and news trends to continuously improve our digital CX**

**Manage the digital CX budget**

**REQUIREMENTS**
- ** Master’s degree (Bac+5)**:

- ** 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing with a dimension on website management at client or agency level**:

- ** Proven records of strong digital consumer experience executions**:

- ** Tool Requirements : Shopify or other eCommerce platforms, A/B testing tools, chatbots, Google Analytics.**:

- ** Good understanding of strategic business stakes and true customer-first mindset**:

- ** Strong verbal and written communication skills**:

- ** Proven ability to work efficiently with stakeholders, both internally and externally, and across different geographies**:

- ** Solution oriented, able to manage ambiguity**:

- ** Analytical and process oriented**:

- ** An experience with an international dimension is a plus**:

- ** Fluency in French and English required**
