**Position overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT infrastructure.
- Oversee software and hardware updates to ensure system reliability.
- **Technical support**- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to internal users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Managing the device’s fleet for the US Office (following spares, ordering new devices).
- **Process optimization**- Automate repetitive tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in strategic IT projects (e.g., cloud migrations, network security improvements).
- Monitor system performance to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
- **Collaboration and training**- Work closely with IT Team and the other sectors to improve IT processes.
- Train end-users on new tools or technologies as needed.
**Requirements**:
- **Technical skills**- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with ITIL-based tools for incident, problem, and change management.
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash) for task automation.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- **Soft skills**- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
