This pivotal role focuses on managing various IT incidents and requests within an industrial setting, such as manufacturing or warehousing. The key objective is to ensure seamless IT operations and to enhance overall support services. **Main Responsibilities**: The Support Specialist IT Senior will: - Manage incidents related to IT issues. - Handle problem management processes to identify and resolve underlying issues. - Facilitate change management activities. - Effectively manage new IT requests. - Oversee knowledge base (KB) management for improved support. - Conduct asset management to track and maintain IT assets. **Key Requirements**: - Experience in ITIL v4 framework. - Strong communication skills. - Effective analytical skills. - Demonstrated ability to work as a team player. **Nice to Have**: - Previous experience in industrial IT support. - Familiarity with additional ITSM tools. **Other Details** This role is situated within an industrial environment, specifically focusing on factory and warehouse contexts. The position entails team-based support, blending individual initiative with collaborative efforts. The engagement duration exceeds 12 months, with the possibility of two remote work days each week.
