**Job Description**:
Your main mission will be to define, own and lead the product design principles at MANGOPAY. You will directly report to the Head of Product of the Experience Tribe and manage a Product Designer.

**As a Lead Product Designer, your role will consist in**:
Team & Leadership
- Responsible for the product design roadmap, staffing, allocation and hiring
- Empower your team to do their best work by providing the necessary guidance, training and tools
- Promote knowledge sharing, good understanding and cohesion within the team and with other teams
- Set quality standards for the team
- Accompany and encourage the team's development of skills to meet the needs of a fast-growing company as well as their own career objectives

Delivery & Process
- Design simple, data and research-based flows and experiences that delight our users
- Partner with PMs, engineers among the squad to deliver products and features from conception to launch
- Animate workshops (brainstorming, sketching,) with users and internal teams in order to define all the needs and pain points of our tools and interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes and models, which you will test with our users, in collaboration with the product managers
- Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale verbally and visually to a variety of audiences (team members, your squad, company-wide, execs)
- Own the success or failure of your design work: validate your designs and initiate improvements

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- 5+ years' experience in product design
- Significant experience designing and shipping digital products and ideally complex dashboard interfaces
- A well-rounded design skills set (including product thinking, UX, UI)
- An appreciation for the entire product development cycle: research, problem definition, ideation, solution design, validation and iteration
- A first experience in management with great success in terms of team building and coaching
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Appreciated:

- Prior work experience on a highly technical enterprise product
- Experience working on Figma in a team setting
