An opportunity has arisen to join Eurostar as its **Sales Executive**.**

The primary focus of the Sales Executive is to provide full logístical and account management support to the Lead Sales Manager and the Eurostar Corporate team.

The role can be based in our London's Head Office (King's Cross) or in our office in Paris.

**Requirements**:
**We are looking for someone to**
- Manage a portfolio of medium and small accounts
- Lead qualify any new business opportunities following the company policy
- Provide all office administration and general support for the corporate team to drive revenue
- Resolve and respond to queries from accounts including but not limited to: waiver of fare rules, approval of refund requests, EFT queries, complaints; and other adhoc queries
- Raise purchase orders for all expenditure via the Eurostar Buy system
- Organise internal and external meetings, produce and distribute minutes as required.
- Update and distribute predefined reports on a regular basis including but not limited to: monthly sales statistics for each team, weekly internet report and Business Premier reports, Industry Analysis, Cost & Contribution models; and any adhoc requirements
- Order Eurostar merchandise for appropriate for FAM/client and trade visits
- Assist the Marketing & Communications in the delivery of client focussed events and incentives
- Ensure accounts have the appropriate marketing tools (access to copy / logo / images) for advertorial, incentive, newsletters etc. This may involve working with the Marketing to receive approval and sign-off
- Ensure all ticketing (Invitation, Educational and Duty); Prize-winner Certificate, Lounge Invitation; and Carte Blanche requests are processed and signed off by the Head of Indirect Sales & Distribution with appropriate supporting evidence captured and recorded in line with company policy.

**You’ll need**
- Thorough knowledge of Eurostar brands and services
- Thorough knowledge of Indirect Sales team objectives
- Experience of working in a busy sales team environment in an administrative capacity
- To be able to rationalise a problem and seek out solutions
- To demonstrate versatility and creativity in the approach to different clients and situations
- To be computer literate, ie Word, Excel, BI
- A previous telephone sales or customer service experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management & organisational ability

**_Desirable_**
- French or Dutch language skills are a strong advantage but not mandatory
