**About the role**:
As an Intern/Apprentice, you will report to the Salesforce Product Manager, and you will be a key member of a team that sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing and Finance. The role will allow you to develop a variety of skills that will contribute to your entire career while working with a team of talented people who help our dynamic range of customers.
You should have strong communication and project management skills, enabling you to work with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape Salesforce deliverables. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business and technical challenges, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Animate workshop and challenge business stakeholders to identify and gather business requirements. Stakeholders are French, American or Japanese
- Hold change management processes: Communication, Salesforce Adoption analysis, Train Sales Rep on all process changes within Salesforce.
- Hands-on configuration, Test and deploy Salesforce features including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, flows, etc
- Work cross-functionally to build out enhancements and integrations at scale
- Contribute to delivering projects laid out in Vade’s Roadmap (including Customer Success Process and Marketing Activities ROI)
- Own the data quality, migration, and maintenance in Salesforce

- Bachelor’s degree or more (Business or Computer Science)
- Business-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (write and speak)
- Comfortable with IT Tools, you like to discover how software works.
- Problem solver, you find solution on internet on your own.
- Experience using SaaS CRM
