**Your Mission**:

- We are looking for a Growth Project Manager to join the CEE & Latam team at BlaBlaCar. Their mission is to develop our carpool and bus marketplace businesses in 12 countries including Ukraine, Brazil, Mexico and India.

As a Growth Project Manager, your role will be to collaborate with the different stakeholders (especially product and marketing teams) to grow our volume of passengers and revenues in the regions. You will be reporting to the Head of CEE & LATAM Growth and Projects, and working with a team of 3 people.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Deep dive into the growth opportunities and challenges across multiple countries (with a strong focus on Brazil, Ukraine, Mexico and India) and two product lines (carpool and bus marketplace)
- Identify growth levers (eg. vouchers, discounts, Google Transport ) and build Business Plan to support prioritization exercise
- Support expert teams (eg. marketing managers and product managers) with the right business brief and inputs to deliver such levers
- Monitor business impact of levers’ delivery and challenge next steps
- Strong collaboration with Heads of country, Data Analysts, User Researchers, Marketing managers, Product managers.

**Your Qualifications**:

- You have 4-5 years of experience in Growth, ideally in central teams
- You have experience leading projects with an international mindset
- Strong analytical and business prioritization skills
- Full working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Fit with our BlaBlaPrinciples

- Ability to take ownership, aligned with business priorities
- Nice to have: Proficiency in Ukrainian and Portuguese language (written and spoken)**What we have to offer**:
