Founded in 2018, The Brand Collector is the first sourcing and distribution solution dedicated to second-hand luxury professionals. Already collaborating with hundreds of partners (marketplaces, department stores, retail warehouses, personal shoppers, etc.), The Brand Collector is expanding its network day by day with a single objective: to become the world leader in the distribution of second-hand luxury goods among professionals. Aware of the environmental issues and the impact of current consumption patterns, The Brand Collector aims to offer a more responsible and accessible alternative to the sought-after world of luxury.
Tasks
In collaboration with your manager, your missions if you accept them will be:
\- Converting a high volume of qualified incoming traffic
\- Sales appointments + Demo of the platform
\- Follow-up of operations (orders / invoicing / logistics / after-sales service)
\- Manage a customer portfolio and generate upsale

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of education, business school or university.
- Knowledge of basic computer tools including the Office pack, knowledge of prospecting tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory to accomplish your missions.
- An appetence for the luxury world and in particular for leather goods would be a very good plus.
Beyond skills, we are looking for a dynamic, rigorous and autonomous profile. We are looking for a person who dares, who is eager to learn and who is willing to work hard to find THE solution. You will have to be a force of proposal in order to make your team evolve.
Ambition, creativity and organization are the watchwords at The Brand Collector.
First interview with one of the co-founders.
A second interview with a Sales person from the team.
A test on the sales pitch according to the first apprehensions of the value proposition of The Brand Collector.
