**Job Description Summary**:

- Main tasks consist of qualifying and developing world class partnered suppliers, explain and review anti-corrosion documentation related to suppliers’ activities, participate to customers meeting in line with his/her scope of expertise, and provide expert guidance, technical direction across Quality and Technical communities.
- He/she develops suppliers to ensure they are reaching the right level of quality required for the projects.
- He/she's ensuring that procured products meet specified standards before they progress to next phase of production or customer delivery. (Qualification/Verification/Checking). Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how his/her own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
- He/she provides coaching to his peers across quality teams worldwide.

Vous vérifiez et commentez les documents relatifs émis par nos fournisseurs et vous vous assurez de la prise en compte des requis contractuels en fonction des besoins des projets.

- Vous vous assurez que les produits achetés par GE soient conformes aux spécifications applicables et que les autorisations de production soient données dès lors que la garantie de qualité est suffisante.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Reviewing suppliers anti-corrosion (painting but not only) documentation and provide associated comments to ensure full compliance with applicable requirements. Explain the comments to the suppliers in order to obtain validated documentation as per projects needs.
- Providing technical expertise/consulting to support Project team and the associated product lines: F2F, BoP/MSD, HEX, Pumps, A&C, Services, Naval.
- Communicating within his/her technical domain both internally and externally (to customers, and suppliers, local authorities, normative entities) as required to support the business objectives.
- Technical mentoring and training to develop the organizations expertise, including inspiring and motivating our Quality & Engineering community.
- Technical reviewing of projects documentation and participation to design reviews activities involving welding activities.
- Participates to suppliers qualification with regards to welding and welders qualifications processes.
- Writing and updating technical work instructions and specification, and design practices.
- Ensure to eliminate non-values added process and respect the quality levels expected by the customer
- Participate in RCA’s as technical resource and lead
- Drive lessons learned across the organization
- Partner with manufacturing facilities to ensure technical specification aligns with manufacturing needs
- Coach peers within quality teams
- Write and update anti-corrosion specifics procedures applicables to suppliers

- Ensure Return of Experience is tracked and updated regularly
