Project Directors are delivery specialists in their area of expertise. In this case the world of Business Applications and more specifically the full scope of the Workday solution related to the Office of the oCFO and oCHRO. They are our most Senior leaders on our Projects and will be often handling a portfolio of projects, that are complex in nature.

Our Project Directors will collaborate with the sales teams to focus on supporting new business development with new prospects and our existing customer base. They are required to support the development of compelling proposals for our customers, combining and balancing the needs of the customer and our internal business requirements. They will drive the digital transformation topics with the customer.

In this role you will provide leadership and direction to critical EMEA led internal business initiatives by supporting the continued development of solution standards and recommendations to our deployment methodology.

Project Directors report to the Senior Director of EMEA Professional Services.

Key overall objectives for the Project Director can be summarised as Practise development, customer satisfaction and Project Success.

About You

Basic Qualifications

The role requires a blended mix of business skills, customer focus and desire to support the Delivery team to secure their success.- Language Skills: business fluent English and French is required. Proficiency in any other would be beneficial but not mandatory.-
- Experience of delivering large scale Cloud transformation projects is highly desirable- Global & Multi-national deployment's experience.- Ability to travel up to 50%

Other Qualifications- Experience deploying, ERP technology solutions at a project and program manager level- Experience in Business Process transformation projects (Design through to delivery)- Experience in Finance Processes and Human Resources Processes knowledge is a must- Cross functional knowledge will be advantageous- Ability to operate at the CxO level- Big 4 / Tier 1 consulting background highly desirable- Strong presentation skills- Willingness to ‘roll up one’s sleeves’ and assist wherever needed- Demonstrates initiative, flexibility and follow-through- Enjoying an environment of constant innovation and change- Business analysis and requirements gathering skills- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-pace, collaborative environment- Ability to Contribute to the strategic direction of the Professional Services organisation through leading and participating on internal initiatives- Promote a positive and inclusive working environment
