**Position Summary**
The Branding / Events Coordination Manager, works as part of the Global Marketing Team and is responsible for ensuring all events that IYC takes part in in the World are run smoothly and efficiently and form a cohesive part of the global marketing strategy, aimed at building maximum awareness and lead generation for the brand. He/she will also be responsible for coordinating the messaging and advertising in promoting events, managing the monthly ad round, and all merchandising ordered and managed by IYC as well as establish and promote IYC voice on the sustainability scene. He/she will also support the Director of partnership.
The Branding / Events Coordination Manager will liaise closely with colleagues in the US and Europe to ensure a constant global brand message. This person will report to the Marketing Director based in Monaco and have a dotted line to the Director of partnership.
The role requires a solid and demonstrable understanding of all aspects of marketing communications, especially in relation to events organization, project management and branding including merchandising. He/she will be able to operate effectively under pressure. As an experienced communicator and meticulous planner, the Branding / Events Coordination Manager will also be able to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns with the relevant internal stakeholders to ensure maximum exposure at events.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
**Boat Shows**
Organize and prepare for all the Boat Shows IYC participates in the world throughout the year together and with the support of the local teams when applicable. Ensure that clear and efficient processes are set up and followed to ensure that events are delivered smoothly on time and within budget. Book the space, stand design and construction, stand management, budget control and production of all collateral. Make sure that the brand message is clear and portrayed throughout each event and coordinate all event graphics and printed material. Organize the production of invitations, visitor registrations and follow up, including tracking and analysis via the CRM or other tool. Manage the calendar of known events for the year - (supervise local team to ensure always updated/populate the outlook events calendar with the major ones).
**Events**
Project manage IYC attendance at luxury events across the world to maximize our presence and return. Events may include, but are not limited to; Polo Tournaments, Financial Institution events, Concours d’Elegance etc. Source and propose new ideas for events to attend where IYC may find new potential leads. Organize the production of invitations, visitor registrations and follow up, including tracking and analysis via the CRM or other tool together with the relevant internal stakeholders.
**Sponsorship & Partner Marketing**
Source, build and maintain partner marketing relationships with high profile luxury brands in fields such as automotive, fashion, private jet, jewelers, watches, wines etc in order to generate cross marketing activities and potential leads for IYC in support of the Director of Partnership.
**Branded Items & Gifts**
Research and propose new ideas and procure stocks of appropriate branded items for distribution to potential clients at boat shows and events, always ensuring items are of good quality and within budget. Make sure that stocks are always well maintained and reordered in good time. Research and procure appropriate individual gifts for key clients as needed.
**Digital Marketing**
**PR**
Work with the Marketing specialist and the PR agency to secure PR and editorial when and where possible relating to IYC participation in boat shows and other events, both prior and afterwards.
**Company newsletters / content**
Assist with the editorial plan and design, then collation of content, particularly event related copy and photos to ensure that each piece is delivered and distributed on time and within budget. Assist with proof reading of all articles and content where needed.
**Photography**
Organize event photographers where needed and ensure that all event photography is properly organized, saved, and shared and relevant selections made.

- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English. A second language is a plus such as French for example
- Adept at working both as a team and autonomously
- Good knowledge of SEO, PPC/AdWords and digital and social media strategies (preferably for the luxury market)
- Commercially minded - motivated by delivering results
- Self-motivated and confidant
- Good knowledge of social media and digital production/publishin
