Le rôle de l’équipe Ops est clé puisqu’elle assure qu’on délivre le service promis à nos abonnées : des vêtements en parfait état, soigneusement empaquetés, livrés rapidement. Le Closet ca doit être simple

En tant qu’Ops Manager tes missions sont les suivantes:
Chaque trimestre avancer sur 1 focus d’amélioration de fond des Ops (c’est le ‘Build’). Les focus sont identifiés et préparés avec le Head of Ops et ton rôle est de mener les actions au bout (tester et installer de nouveaux process, creuser dans nos données pour choisir les bonnes actions, )
- Améliorer en continu la vie de l’entrepôt : par exemple sur les sujets de disponibilité des stocks.
- Améliorer en continue le fonctionnement de l’équipe Customer Care
- Assurer le suivi et la performance du Transport

**Compétences métiers**
- Compétences analytiques et capacité à utiliser les données pour prendre des décisions éclairées.
- Beaucoup de rigueur pour installer et itérer des process ops efficaces et robustes
- Appétit pour le terrain : un process d’entrepôt ca s’itère au milieu de l’entrepôt et pas devant son ordi
- Capacité pour communiquer et de leadership pour animer une équipe d’Agent Customer Care ou d’Opérateurs logistique.
