Vous aurez l'opportunité de progresser au sein d'une entreprise qui se développe rapidement à l'international et forte d'une vraie culture d'entreprise. **Votre mission ?** Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Shopper & In-store excution specialist (H/F) pour un CDI basé à Paris. - Rattaché(e) au département Commercial Retail et reportant à la Directrice Trade Marketing, vous êtes en charge de l'ensemble des mobiliers et supports, physiques et digitaux, à destination du shopper. Responsable de notre premier levier de vente en magasin, vous contribuez ainsi à inventer le linéaire de demain et à développer nos ventes. - Vous avez la charge de 2 catégories: - Coffrets-cadeaux d'expérience - Cartes cadeaux Distribués dans 2 réseaux principaux de Retail: - GSA (Grandes surfaces alimentaires) : Leclerc, Carrefour, Auchan, Cora, Intermarché, Système U,... - GSS (Grandes surfaces spécialisées) : Fnac, Darty, Cultura, Furet du Nord, JouéClub,... **Vos principales missions**: - En coordination avec les équipes Marketing, France et filiales, et en intégrant les learnings des études shopper, vous définissez le cahier des charges des mobiliers, meubles permanents, "shop in shop" dispositifs ILV (information sur le lieu de vente), présentoirs en Retail permettant l'exposition, la mise en avant de nos marques et l'optimisation des l'expérience shopper. - Vous travaillez en interactions avec les services commerciaux France et filiales Europe pour intégrer les besoins terrain et distribution, tout en participant à des rendez-vous avec les responsables nationaux des enseignes de distribution. - En chef de projet, vous pilotez l'agenda depuis le brief à destination des achats et/ou des fournisseurs externes jusqu'au déploiement terrain et assurez la revente auprès des équipes terrain. - Vous pilotez les stocks, définissez les volumes de production et répondez aux besoins des équipes commerciales, dans le respect de l'enveloppe budgétaire. - Interactions principales avec les parties-prenantes suivantes : Ventes, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Achats, Finances, Supply, Clients distributeurs. **Votre profil ?** - Bac+5 - 5 à 10 ans d'expérience - Expérience terrain grande distribution industriel ou distributeur (GSA ou GSS) - Expertise PLV (chez un industriel ou distributeur) est un plus - Rigoureux, organisé, pragmatique, tourné vers le résultat - Maitrise de l'anglais - Permis B souhaité* Retail #Shopper #Instore #Mobiliers #Présentoirs #PLV #ILV #Etudes
