Le Wagon is on the lookout for a creative and motivated Marketing and Events Apprentice or Intern to join our dynamic team. Under the guidance of our City Manager in Paris, you'll play a key role in orchestrating exciting conferences, workshops, and other engaging events that shape the tech landscape in Paris. **Your Missions**: - Collaborate with the City Manager to schedule a variety of events, from conferences to brunches, aligning with our national strategy and covering key areas of marketing ->TOF, MOFU, and BOFU concepts - Lead the communication and event marketing backplanning with our partners, ensuring maximum visibility for our events. - Join forces with the City Manager to identify and secure new partners, creating comprehensive 360° partnership and visibility offers to elevate event presence. - Actively participate in Paris's Tech ecosystem by attending external events, trade shows, and conferences. Forge partnerships that elevate the missions of Le Wagon. - Ensure the Le Wagon Paris website stays current with upcoming events, blog articles, videos, and press releases, following our global strategy. **This role is for you if**: The digital world and/or tech is something that interests you. You bring true creativity to your work. You're solution-oriented and always seek improvement. You can navigate constraints and bring projects to life. Public speaking and inspiring your audience are second nature. You have experience organizing events (even if they're small or personal). Networking, expanding your knowledge, and growing your skills are things you enjoy. You thrive working in a team and can adapt your communication to various audiences. ️ You communicate ideas efficiently and courteously. **Your situation**: Alternation with a rhythm allowing continuous weekly presence (2 days/3 days). M1/M2 level in your academic journey. Proficient in written and spoken French & English for collaboration in our international environment. ️ Previous experience in a company (internship, work-study), or in an association is a plus.
