Héli-Union Training Center (HUTC) forme des pilotes professionnels depuis plus de quarante ans. Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons un responsable des cours sol, chef des instructeurs sol (CTKI). Placé(e) sous l'autorité du Responsable Pédagogique, son rôle est de superviser les instructeurs sol, de maintenir les cours à jour des évolutions EASA (LOs) et d'être en mesure de dispenser certains cours. C'est un poste également d'instructeur pilote, s'adressant à un FI(H) capable également d'instruire sur SEP (Cabri).

Conditions & Avantages proposés:

- 13ème mois
- Cadre forfait jour : 14 RTT du 1er janvier au 31 décembre
- 3 700 € brut mensuel si FI valide
- Tickets restaurant
- Prise en charge mutuelle 80%
- CRPN et prévoyance PN, si FI(H) valide

Principales Activités et Tâches:

- Etabli le planning des cours sol CPL(H)
- S'assure du maintien en conformité des cours
- Coordonne l'activité des instructeurs sol

**Savoir-Faire:
**- Expérience aéronautique avérée dans la formation ab-initio FI(H) et opérationnelle (MP préférable)
- CPL(H)
- ATPL(H)-IR théorique ou IR théorique
- Bonne connaissance de la réglementation EASA Aircrew (Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011)

Savoir-Être
- Posséder les qualités suivantes : disponibilité, rigueur, méthodologie et organisation
- Avoir un bon esprit d'équipe
- Capacité à promouvoir les procédures/politiques de la société
