We’re looking for an experienced engineering manager to help drive and evolve our product. Our technology is new and rapidly evolving, and you’ll have a chance to lead a team of extremely talented and passionate engineers focussed on pushing the boundaries of data protection. Engineers on the team will own the research, design, and development and maintenance of key features that monitor data movement on macOS and Linux endpoints.

**What you'll do**:

- Attract, develop, and grow top technical talent to continue building our technical leadership in the industry
- Collaborate with product managers to create a viable roadmap for the product.
- Support development teams in designing and building software.
- Own features from design and delivery all the way to rollout and maintenance.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams in various locations.

**Who you are**:

- Strong low-level OS internals knowledge on either macOS and/or Linux
- In depth knowledge with C++ or Swift will be an advantage
- Experience as an Engineering Manager with teams which shipped major features and releases.
- Ability to lead, mentor, communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a distributed team
