**Introduction to the Role**
Green Giraffe is seeking a senior compensation & benefits and HRIS specialist to join our Global People Operations team in Paris (FR) for 6 to 8 months to cover an extended maternity leave.
In this key role for the People team and overall organisation, you will lead the annual salary revision and bonus distribution campaign (Q1 2026) while in parallel taking the lead of the HRIS in place (Lucca - general HR administration and performance management) to ensure all HR data is being managed smoothly and can be used for strategic decision making at all times across our 11 international offices.
You will be a key partner in ensuring that our reward strategies are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our values and business goals and to oversee HR processes and tools.
Working closely with Green Giraffe Group’s Managing Directors, HR Director, HRBPs, Finance team and local managers, you will contribute to attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent in a competitive and dynamic international financial business focused on accelerating the global energy transition.
You will be part of a very collaborative, close-knit and engaged People team, well embedded into the business, composed of 1 Recruitment Business Partner, 3 HRBPs, and the HR Director. Your role, especially during the Q1/Q2 period, will be pivotal for the HR team and overall company’s success.
**Mission**
- Lead the organisation and administration of the annual salary revision campaign and bonus distribution in Q1 2026 in coordination with Managing directors, Heads of offices and Corporate Services teams and HRBPs. This will include:
- Setting up the campaign in Figures (Comp HRIS), managing the timeline and milestones, communicating with and managing all key internal stakeholders, coordinating with the Finance team (approving budgets, developing reports and dashboards, cost forecasts, etc.)
- Ensuring competitive compensation and benefits practices globally in all offices and countries
- Providing guidance to managers and the People team on salary benchmarking and compliance with international employment standards
- Manage the smooth progression and closing of the annual performance review campaign via our online performance management system (Lucca)
- Oversee the HRIS data maintenance and cohesion and providing support/guidance to People Operations and Administration teams to maintain high data quality
- Participate in Global HR projects and play a key role in the evolution of Green Giraffe’s total rewards philosophy
**What profile are we looking for?**
**Education & Experience**
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in compensation & benefits or total rewards and HRIS management
- Experience running annual salary revision campaigns and performance management processes
- Experience in international environment, with a strong interest and capacity to work with various cultures across different time zones in a fast-paced and evolving environment
**Skills & Competencies**
- Fluency in English is required and fluency in other languages (French, Dutch, German, Spanish) will be a helpful plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with digital tools and HR systems (Lucca, Figures, Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
- Strong organisational skills, with ability to design and oversee processes to reach key milestones and manage many stakeholders and contributors towards collective goals
- Knowledge of international compensation and benefits practices
- Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and simply and to adapt to different stakeholders (going from employees to Managers, HR colleagues to Managing Directors)
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
**Package & Application**
This is a full-time, contract-based position with a duration of 6 to 8 months, starting in early November, to cover for an extended maternity leave. We will offer you a competitive compensation package within a friendly, hardworking and close-knit global team.
