**What You’ll Do**:

- Reporting directly to our Head of People, you will be responsible for managing the entire Compensation & Benefits strategy and execution:

- Create our C&B philosophy to attract and retain our talents Update and maintain our compensation ranges according to our philosophy
- Ensure our Benefits’ competitiveness while keeping Pigment’s strategy and stage in mind
- Deploy & manage the annual increase process worldwideManage our equity attributions, refresh and exercising processes
- Automate and optimize our C&B processes, campaigns & workflows
- Participate to global projects such as budget definition, forecast and ad-hoc analysis

**You're in the right place if**:

- You have significant experience in Compensation & Benefits (7 years at least), and an in-depth knowledge of C&B practices
- You have worked in a fast-growing and in an international environment
- You are structured and thorough with strong attention to details and data accuracyYou are able to communicate efficiently and can make complicated concepts seem simple
- You are fun and enthusiastic, and want to be part of an amazing team
