As a **Technical Talent Acquisition Manager, **your mission at Qonto will be to find, attract, and hire the best software engineers. Your work will help us create better and faster solutions for our SMBs customers.
**As a Tech Recruiter at Qonto, you will**
- **Manage the hiring process** from beginning to end, collaborating with our tech team to understand their needs and the skills they're looking for.
- **Build** **strong** **relationships** with our engineering team who will be your main stakeholders.
- **Use** **data** to make decisions and improve how you recruit. You'll use tools like **Tableau** to understand and improve your work.

**About your future manager**
You will be reporting to one of our two Leads Talent Acquisition for Tech: Emeline and Samy.
Emeline and Samy are the spearheads of tech talent acquisition at Qonto, each bringing a diverse set of experiences and a shared passion for recruitment and team development.
Emeline began her HR career at Hermès, moving on to Margo where she specialized in hiring engineers in market finance, and now serves as Qonto's Lead Talent Acquisition - Tech. She leverages her wide-ranging experience to recruit top talent, playing a significant role in Qonto's growth. Known for her genuine kindness and enthusiasm, she creates dynamic recruitment strategies and fosters a positive work culture, nurturing talent and enhancing team productivity.
Likewise, Samy started his talent acquisition journey at Ausy, specializing in recruiting engineers for the Aerospace and Defense sectors. At Winamax, he expanded his role to include recruitment for tech and business departments and contributed to employer branding and talent retention strategies. Currently overseeing Talent Acquisition for mobile and product teams at Qonto, Samy's strategic insight, data-driven mindset, and focus on hiring and retention strategies have been instrumental in enhancing Qonto's talent pool.
Together, Emeline and Samy bring a balance of skills and expertise to the Qonto team, each complementing the other's strengths. Their combined efforts contribute to Qonto's growth and help shape its future.
**About You**
- **Experience**: You have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Recruitment, specifically focusing on tech profiles. This experience could have been gained in-house or within a recruitment agency.
- **Organizational Skills**: You are a hands-on professional with the ability to multitask and effectively prioritize daily responsibilities. You are an organized individual who can follow established hiring processes at the right pace.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: You are a resilient individual who faces challenges head-on. You see obstacles not as barriers, but as opportunities for inventive solutions.
- **Communication Skills**: You have a compelling presentation style, as you will represent Qonto to potential hires. Great communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
