**The Role**: As a Business Development Manager Genomic, you will play a crucial role in expanding FMP's sequencing business in yet unexplored field (veterinary sciences, nutrition, agronomy). This position is tailored for individuals passionate about marrying scientific innovation with commercial success, focusing on cultivating new and existing relationships in these unexplored market sectors

**Your Mission**:

- Reach the target revenues through new contracts and customer expansion in the field of nutrition, agronomy and/or veterinary genomic)
- Enhance sales team effectiveness with a clear performance policy.
- Follow the project from the lead identification until the results with FMP’s team
- Commercial offer proposal and scientific presentation
- Roll out a sales training program to boost customer service, aiming for 90% customer satisfaction.

**Who You Are**:

- You hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, in genomic, in particular in the field of nutrition, veterinary sciences and agronomy.
- You bring more than 2 years of commercial experience, preferably in the market targets by this offer.
- Minimum 3-5 years ofexperiencein agronomy, veterinary sciences and/or nutrition, analytical markets, as well as the NGS landscape.Fluent in French and English. Another language could be an advantage.
- Open mindset and High customer service focus

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a regional business plan targeting NGS in unexplored markets.
- Engage with key partner in the field of nutrition, veterinary sciences or agronomy, leveraging your analytical skills and strategic vision.
- Drive customer base growth through prospecting, presentations, roadshows, scientific conferences, and other initiatives.
- Provide consultative support to clients, aligning FMP’s offerings with their research objectives.
