**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
Planifier et définir l'enchaînement des activités du package de travail en accord avec les autres packages de travail et les acteurs du projet.

Planifier et gérer globalement les activités et les ressources pour assurer le suivi du projet en collaboration avec l'équipe Siemens et prendre les décisions pertinentes.

Organiser des points réguliers sur l'avancement des activités pour définir les priorités et prendre des décisions.

Soutenir les acteurs du projet dans leurs activités quotidiennes et en cas de besoins urgents nécessitant des décisions.

Organiser des réunions avec les interlocuteurs business pour clarifier les points de processus nécessitant une convergence.

Rapporter et alerter les responsables PMT et le groupe projet PLMT sur les actions, décisions ou incidents nécessitant des décisions.

Valider les besoins et les processus après convergence avec le Business et l'éditeur, et valider les livraisons effectuées par l'éditeur, y compris la documentation associée.

Synthétiser les besoins, actions et documentations dans les outils collaboratifs pour assurer l'accessibilité à tous les acteurs.

Assurer le suivi des actions, décisions et incidents dans l'outil de gestion de projet.

Rédiger ou faire rédiger les guides méthodologiques et les aides mémoires.

Contribuer à la préparation des modules de formation des utilisateurs.

Assurer le soutien et l'accompagnement des acteurs pendant les différentes phases de tests et de mise en opération, ainsi que la continuité du service par la suite.

Assurer le partage des connaissances et capitaliser les retours d'expérience dans les outils collaboratifs.

Bonne connaissance des métiers de l'engineering et des données associées (e-BOM, part, etc.).

Forte connaissance des processus métiers du MAIT (M-BOM, BOP, etc.).

Connaissance de la gestion de production (OF, sortie composants OF, pointage activités, etc.).

Montée en compétences sur les métiers liés au service (MRO) et les outils en usage sur le SIMSBS.

Forte connaissance des processus qualité et non-conformité.

Utilisation des outils collaboratifs tels que Confluence, JIRA, Sharepoint, etc.
