**We are recruiting at Tinubu a Product Manager**, **native French speaker with fluent English**, to help shape the future of our next-generation enterprise SaaS platform in specialty insurance. This role requires end-to-end product ownership, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for building purposeful, durable systems.
The Product Manager defines and drives the roadmap for AI-powered underwriting assistance across submission intake, risk scoring, and automation. Consequently, this role includes leading the product lifecycle (discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and adoption) and close collaboration with Engineering, Underwriting, and Quality Assurance
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Shape an AI-first product strategy by embedding model design, training data pipelines, feedback loops, and explainability directly into underwriting workflows — ensuring safe, effective, and continuously improving AI capabilities.
- Drive go-to-market success by partnering with sales, marketing, and customer success to position the product, sharpen value propositions, and accelerate adoption across global insurers and brokers.
- Champion the product externally by leading discovery, pilots, and customer validation — using insights to fuel market positioning, inform growth strategies, and expand product adoption.
- Deeply understand insurer workflows, regulatory considerations, and specialty line nuances — and translate these insights into product differentiation and delivery priorities.
- Partner with Engineering to design and ship scalable, explainable, and automated workflows that bring measurable improvements in underwriting accuracy, quote turnaround.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the B2B enterprise SaaS.
- Experience leading AI/ML-powered products from concept through to launch, especially where human-in-the-loop decisioning and regulatory constraints are involved.
- Strong road mapping skills and ability to translate new customer initiatives into global product improvements.
- Comfortable with technical conversations around APIs, system architecture, AI model integration, and rules engines.
- Growth-minded and data-informed: able to analyze behavioral metrics, design experiments, and drive adoption strategies.
- Customer-obsessed: equally at ease running deep discovery sessions with underwriters and shaping narratives for market-facing stakeholders.
