**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Growth/GTM Automation Specialist to join our VIP team**.
In this role, you’ll design, launch, and scale outbound campaigns for I**nstantly’s VIP clients**. You’ll combine technical automation expertise with strong client management skills to deliver measurable growth. Your focus will be on building repeatable outbound frameworks, ensuring deliverability, and driving GTM strategies at scale.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow relationships with VIP clients (communication, trust, results).
- Build and optimize outbound campaigns using Instantly.ai.
- Design and implement automation workflows aligned with clients’ GTM strategies.
- Ensure technical excellence in deliverability, domain health, and warm-up processes.
- Analyze performance metrics (open/reply rate, conversions) and continuously improve results.
- Contribute to creating scalable outbound frameworks within the VIP team.

**Requirements**:

- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of deliverability, domain setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and warm-up.
- Familiarity with Instantly.ai or similar advanced outreach/automation platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
