**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a Customer Success Intern to support the development of our ThingPark digital platforms. In this role, you will ensure that sellers are effectively managed and onboarded and that customer queries are handled efficiently. You will collaborate with the ThingPark Market team, helping create a seamless experience for sellers and buyers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries regarding product creation, brand pages, and the quote/order process.
- Assist customers with ordering, product setup, and onboarding to ensure a smooth experience.
- Resolve any issues quickly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the onboarding process for new sellers, guiding them through product listings, compliance, and best practices.
- Develop strong relationships with sellers to support their success on ThingPark Market.
- Assist in building and maintaining Actility’s vendor catalog, ensuring all product information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist the ThingPark Market team with daily tasks, including monitoring system usage to ensure compliance with policies.
- Create structured guidelines and processes to streamline seller operations.
- Analyze seller performance and conversion rates, preparing reports to inform strategy and improvements.
- Innovate and contribute ideas for evolving our digital platforms.

**Your Profile**
- Are a Bachelor/master’s student in Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
- Have a previous experience in E-Commerce, Customer Care, or Account Management
- Are bilingual or native English speaker (French & Spanish are a plus).
- Have experience using WordPress / Magento, and Elementor or similar page builders.
- Possess a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and customer acquisition.
- Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Communicate confidently with various stakeholders and bring strategic ideas to the table.
- Are creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Have a passion for new technologies and are eager to learn new tools and software.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and strong business acumen, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
