Working collaboratively alongside the Account Leadership and Service Delivery teams, **your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Oversee and manage end-to-end delivery of the services for the assigned customer accounts - including technology related activities during client implementation, support, maintenance and enhancements
- Customer focus

Achieve client satisfaction for end-to-end services Ensure customer solution strictly follows our standards Act as first level of escalation for the customer
- Manage the P&L, costs and forecasts across the board for the assigned clients and be accountable for driving changes that meet those forecasts within the assigned accounts
- Support the planning of expected workload for the customer within the technical teams
- Actively support delivery interactions with the customer including obtaining change requirements, delivery performance, communications and escalations
- Monitor technical performance and completes reporting dashboards
- Participate in Transition activities from Implementation to Services
- Extensive experience managing complex IT and services on a local, regional or global basis
- Extensive experience growing and managing client relationships
- Experience of the HR Outsourcing business
- Has proven experience handling all relevant aspects of a regional technology leadership role in a service organization of similar size
- Minimum 10 years of experience in large project implementation with demonstrated excellence in financial control
- Demonstrable experience in an outsourcing, multi-shored environment
- Significant experience in budgeting, financial tracking and forecasting of IT labor and non-labor based costs
- Experience of working in a global matrix environment, with geographically dispersed support resources
- Demonstrated results in Service Level Agreements (SLA) metrics

- Proficient spoken and written English and French (additional European languages an asset)

- Be able to work and contribute in a complex and fast moving environment
- Proactive in thinking and acting

- Ability to quickly analyze and prioritize even in difficult situations

- Mobility : short term travel might be required
