Key International Account Manager - Argentuil, France - Your future position?

As a Key International Account Manager for one of our major International accounts, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, generating growth, performing against all customer KPIs, project delivery with high win rates and innovative solutions, and developing a strong team.

You will lead and work closely with the Sales team to identify and capture new business opportunities as well as with other departments to ensure successful execution of the account strategy. In addition, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talents in a competitive environment.

**You will**:
Assume a lead role for all Givaudan activities for the designated international account
Grow Givaudan business worldwide by managing top and bottom lines
Partner with regional management, lead and monitor the development and career growth of the international account team
Cultivate productive relationships with key decision makers and senior influential leaders
Ensure Givaudan is positioned as the preferred and most relevant supplier, performing against all relevant customer KPIs, making sure we remain best positioned to participate in the customer’s core list and targeted briefs
Develop thorough understanding of customer potential through analysis of the company strategy, brand strategies, positioning, strengths, weaknesses, and competition
Develop/review/monitor strategic Account and Category Plans, sales and profit forecasts, and budget for key account, globally
Share vision/strategy with commercial, development and innovation team; set objectives to achieve annual business targets
Ensure a constant state of readiness through a focussed pipeline of proactive projects aiming at defending our core business and attacking new opportunities.
Strong focus on execution, partnering with our customer care teams and the customer planning and procurement to provide a best in class service level and avoid supply disruption

**Your professional profile includes**:
8+ years’ functional/technical experience in the industry
International sales and marketing experience with a successful track record in key account management
Experience of leading functional teams and managing multiple complex projects
Competent olfactory knowledge
Strategic understanding of industry, sales and scope by segment, category or specific geographical area
Ability to work internationally, negotiating complex sales agreements across categories/brands
Identifies gaps in customer product portfolios representing business opportunities
Great command of English (German is a bonus)
