**Account Manager (Permanent Position/CDI) - OSINT - Disinformation - Public Affairs**

Storyzy is a Paris-based tech company that specializes in developing a multilingual OSINT tool (SaaS platform) designed to detect and analyze hybrid threats, including disinformation operations. Our tool offers comprehensive characterization of information sources, analysis of disinformation dissemination, identification of influence networks, monitoring of narrative propagation, and forensic image analysis, including the detection of deepfakes.

Founded in 2012, Storyzy employs 47 experts (10 different nationalities) and serves clients across 8 countries, primarily in the defense and foreign affairs sectors (Public Affairs - governments). Notably, Storyzy’s technology was the sole solution referenced in the 2018 report information manipulation published by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and French Ministry of Defence.

Storyzy is an independent company and is not linked to any media group or platform, ensuring unbiased service delivery.

**Your challenge**:

- Overseeing customer account management (international clients) and preparing sales reports.
- Organizing demonstration and training sessions.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Answering client queries, liaising with cross-functional internal teams.
- Acquisition through monitoring of tender calls, in strict accordance with our ethical charter that upholds respect for democracy.
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Leading the planning and implementation of our international projects.
- Managing project administration.
- Tracking project performance.
- Preparing briefing materials for staff and conducting internal and external briefings.
- Delivering presentations in English to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement.

**Experience & qualifications**:

- **You are sincerely passionate about Public Affairs, Osint, disinformation and have good interpersonal skills.**:

- Minimum 1 significant experience in account management or project management linked to defense, security, OSINT or disinformation.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
- Master’s degree in Political Sciences, Geopolitics, International Relations, or a related field.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Experience with media listening platforms will be a plus.
- Knowledge of concepts linked to disinformation such as foreign influence operations, astroturfing
- Strong writing and editorial skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and in French.
- **Fully bilingual in English** (C2 level) and good French understanding, both written and spoken.
