Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager. Reporting to our Head of CSM you are a key contact point for our customers.
You will work very closely with all parts of the Bodyguard organization, and collaborate daily with all teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product) to help the partnerships with our customers to be successful.
You’ll work with prestigious brands, sports clubs & federations, famous media, and gaming customers
**Key missions & responsibilities**
**_ 1) Be a partner of our customers_**
- Onboard and train the new customers
- Ensure a first-class customer experience by creating customer-specific account development plans through regular custom business reviews, training, and guidance.
- Build high-touch, consultative, and strong relationships with our customers
- Share your ideas and feedback on local trends including competitor insights, customer needs, sales, product, and marketing information
**_ 2) Generate additional revenue_**
- Grow your existing portfolio by identifying additional revenue opportunities (Upsell)
- Identify new business opportunities by collaborating closely with the Sales Team (Cross-sell)
- Avoid churn by identifying a lack of product use, product enhancement, or any customer frustration
**Requirements**:
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experienced in a customer-facing role and a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in a sales role
- Autonomous, organized, proactive, and adaptable
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Entrepreneurial / start-up spirit.
