**SOL GmbH,** a global leader in exhibitions, events, and branding solutions, is seeking an energetic and organized **Business Development Executive**member to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to make their career & multicultural work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Engagement & Lead Generation**:Manage online inquiries, perform cold calling to acquire new clients, and build long-term relationships by understanding their industry and offering tailored solutions.

**2. Sales & Revenue Management**: Take ownership of monthly revenue goals, track performance against sales targets, and contribute to business development by identifying and partnering with new prospects.

**3. Proposal & Documentation Handling**:Prepare impactful client presentations, accurate quotations, checklists, and maintain organized project documentation to support smooth operations.

**4. Reporting & KPIs**: Generate monthly and quarterly performance reports to track departmental KPIs and suggest areas for improvement.

**5. Project Coordination & Execution**: Act as the communication bridge between clients, design, and production teams; assist in the setup and dismantling of on-site, and ensure smooth project delivery.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
1. Must be highly organized, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

2. Have a dynamic, travel-ready attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

3. Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience with at least a high school diploma.

4. Fluency in English is must; knowledge of additional languages like German, Spanish, Italian, or French is an added advantage.

5. Freshers who have completed their studies in relevant domain can also apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: 1,500.00€ - 3,000.00€ per month
