You'll join a high-performance sales team in a fast-growing business that is part of a FTSE 100 global leader, well-known and respected in the market.

About the Role

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for acquiring new customers in the Financial Crime Compliance space, as we continue to grow rapidly across the region.

This is a new-logo acquisition focused role, centered on prospecting, outbound activity, and closing new business, with an additional element of cross-selling Financial Crime Compliance solutions into existing customers.

The role covers the following territories: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, French-speaking Switzerland, and Monaco.

Close collaboration with the wider regional sales team will be required to maximise revenue opportunities. Travel will be required to support customers and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the assigned verticals in the Financial Crime Compliance space.
  • Drive new logo acquisition through a predominantly outbound sales approach.
  • Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities within existing LexisNexis Risk Solutions customers.
  • Build strong relationships with senior-level decision makers and influencers during the sales cycle.
  • Create demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile within the target market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to contract signature, before handing over signed customers to Account Management.
  • Plan and manage territory strategy effectively across a multi-country French-speaking region.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Account Managers, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B business development, with a strong emphasis on new business acquisition.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in data or SaaS sales within the EMEA region.
  • Experience selling Financial Crime Compliance, risk, data, or regulatory solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, or similar frameworks.
  • Proven ability to succeed in an outbound, target-driven, hunter-style role.

À propos du poste

Le/La Business Development Executive sera responsable de l'acquisition de nouveaux clients dans le domaine de la conformité en matière de criminalité financière, dans un contexte de forte croissance régionale.

Il s'agit d'un poste orienté acquisition de nouveaux logos, axé sur la prospection, les actions commerciales sortantes (outbound) et la conclusion de nouveaux contrats, avec également une dimension de vente croisée de solutions de conformité en matière de criminalité financière auprès des clients existants.

Le périmètre géographique couvre : la France, la Belgique, le Luxembourg, la Suisse francophone et Monaco.

Une collaboration étroite avec l'équipe commerciale régionale sera nécessaire afin de maximiser les opportunités de revenus. Des déplacements seront requis pour accompagner les clients et participer à des événements sectoriels.

Responsabilités

  • Prospecter de manière proactive, qualifier et conclure de nouvelles opportunités commerciales dans les verticaux attribués du domaine de la conformité en matière de criminalité financière.
  • Générer de nouveaux clients principalement via une approche de vente sortante (outbound).
  • Identifier et concrétiser des opportunités de ventes croisées auprès des clients existants de LexisNexis Risk Solutions.
  • Développer des relations solides avec des décideurs et influenceurs de haut niveau tout au long du cycle de vente.
  • Créer la demande pour les produits et services de l'entreprise en renforçant leur visibilité sur le marché cible.
  • Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vente, depuis le premier contact jusqu'à la signature du contrat, puis assurer le passage de relais à l'équipe Account Management.
  • Définir et piloter efficacement la stratégie commerciale sur un territoire multi-pays francophone.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes : Account Managers, Avant-Vente, Marketing et Produits.

Profil recherché

  • Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Expérience avérée en développement commercial B2B, avec un fort accent sur l'acquisition de nouveaux clients.
  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans la vente de solutions data ou SaaS au sein de la région EMEA.
  • Une expérience dans la vente de solutions de conformité en matière de criminalité financière, de gestion des risques, de données ou de solutions réglementaires est fortement appréciée.
  • Connaissance des méthodologies de vente structurées telles que MEDDPICC, SPIN ou équivalentes.
  • Capacité démontrée à réussir dans un rôle orienté prospection, objectifs chiffrés et approche « chasseur ».
