About the job:
The Global Medical Affairs team Dulcolax (one of our beloved 6 global brands) is seeking an intern to drive innovation in scientific content creation using AI technologies. As AI tools rapidly transform healthcare communications, there is a growing strategic need to leverage these technologies to simplify complex scientific concepts and make them more accessible to various stakeholders.

This internship addresses a critical business need: strengthening Dulcolax's science formula by translating sophisticated medical information into clear, engaging content through AI-assisted approaches. The rapid evolution of AI in scientific communications requires dedicated expertise to explore, implement, and optimize these tools for maximum impact. By investing in this capability now, we aim to enhance our scientific storytelling, improve stakeholder engagement, and maintain competitive advantage in an increasingly digital healthcare landscape.

Main responsibilities:

- Lead AI-driven content creation initiatives for Dulcolax, making scientific information accessible
- Research and analyze how AI is being used by editorial teams for manuscript prescreening
- Oversee and support end-to-end activation with local marketing and medical teams
- Engage with HCP lead team from marketing to assess content needs
- Contribute to organization of a webinar for new challenges on constipation management

About you:

- Educational Background: Medical/Pharma/Scientific degree (required); additional marketing/business education (highly valued)
- Language Skills:

- English fluency (required)
- Additional languages (highly appreciated)
- Key Skills:

- Strong scientific understanding with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Creative thinking and content synthesis capabilities
- Cross-functional collaboration aptitude
- Project management skills
