**Your New Role...**
The Compensations and Benefits Manager will report into the VP, Compensation & Benefits and will be an integral leadership role within the team, with two direct reports. This Paris based role will play a key role within the EMEA based team and will focus on managing activities within France including, program and vendor management, communications, benchmarking, and stakeholder management related to both Compensation & Benefits for approximately 800 employees. This role will work partner closely with our People & Culture, DEI, CSR and communications teams, to drive forward business strategy to attract and retain top talent.
**Your Role Accountabilities...**
- Act as lead Compensation & Benefits expert for France, operating as a proactive partner for People & Culture Partners and legal teams for the territory to ensure compliance with French law
- Team leadership of a Compensation and Benefits analyst and a nurse; managing resource planning and workload distribution, as well as coaching to support their development.
- Complete regulatory reporting, including gender pay and equity analysis, and prepare analysis, recommendations and presentations as required for Unions and Works Council negotiations.
- Manage compensation for the client group through providing expert compensation guidance and carrying out benchmarking and competitive analysis.
- Own and manage the profit sharing plans for France.
- In conjunction with the Benefit Systems Manager, develop and manage the France benefits system and the interface and reporting requirements for HR, payroll, and external brokers and vendors.
- Work closely with DEI, CSR and the Communications, Wellbeing & Engagement teams to bring alignment to initiatives, communications strategy and planning.
**Qualifications & Experience...**
- Fluent in French and English languages
- Leadership experience, including experience within resource planning and development
- In depth knowledge of Compensation & Benefits in France, including design, implementation, and working with unions and works councils
- Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills, with proven ability to work autonomously and strategically, with a willingness to adapt quickly and manage change
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with ability to analyse and manage data to create stories and present these in front of a wide range of audiences
