DPAM (Degroof Petercam Asset Management) is an independent active asset management firm and manages investment funds as well as discretionary mandates on behalf of institutional clients, for a total amount of € 42.2 billion, as of December 2022. DPAM is a sustainable investor, pioneer and innovative in responsible and sustainable investing. The firm integrates ESG across asset classes and themes and it is also an active owner. DPAM has a strong focus on research with a proprietary in-house fundamental and quantitative analyst team, supporting the firm's asset management activities.

We are looking for an International Sales Support Intern for our office in Paris to start as soon as possible for a period of 6 months.

Your Position

Within DPAM France branch, you will join the Sales team on an operational mission and actively contribute to the team's projects. Your tasks will be as follows:
Client Relationship Management:

- Support the Sales team in client relationship management.
- Assist the sales team in maintaining the CRM (Customer Relationship Management system).
- Provide operational support to the sales team.
- Understand the KYC (Know Your Customer) concepts.

Business Management:

- Assist the sales team in responding to information requests and tender submissions (RFP/RFI/DDQ...).
- Support the team in their interactions with other departments.
- Provide assistance with the administrative and accounting tasks of the French branch.

Marketing & Communication:

- Assist in coordinating local logistics for planned events with the international marketing team.

This internship will require a high level of commitment on your part and will provide you with an excellent overall understanding of the operations of an asset management company by working closely with all DPAM teams.

Your Profile
- You are currently currently enrolled in a Business School or University, with a focus ;
- You are fluent in English and French;
- You have a genuine passion for the Asset Management field, and can demonstrate qualities such as discipline, energy, self-reliance, and a proactive attitude;
- You have excellent knowledge and use of the MS Office suite and digital media/tools;
- You are a fast learner with good organizational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment;
- You have excellent communication skills in order to engage with different stakeholders;
- You are client-oriented with strong motivation and negotiation skills;
- Team spirit is in your DNA, and you like to work in a challenging environment with a dynamic team.
