Rejoignez notre équipe en tant qu'Analyste Senior, FP&A pour SCJ Professional en France. Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la réalisation d'une croissance rentable en fournissant des informations financières solides et en maintenant l'intégrité de nos rapports financiers. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec notre Centre de Services Partagés et veillerez à ce que des contrôles internes de premier ordre soient en place. Responsabilités: - Partenariat avec l'équipe commerciale locale pour favoriser l'excellence commerciale. - Gestion des processus de clôture mensuelle et de reporting de gestion. - Calcul des provisions pour remises clients et analyse des principales variations du P&L. - Soutien aux processus de budgétisation et de prévision, y compris les prévisions de ventes et de rentabilité. - Participation au cycle mensuel S&OP pour améliorer la précision des prévisions. - Amélioration des systèmes de reporting et de KPI pour des informations commerciales opportunes. - Fourniture d'analyses financières pour divers projets, y compris l'expansion géographique et les nouveaux lancements de produits. - Assurer des flux de processus comptables fluides en collaboration avec le Centre de Services Partagés. - Maintien de contrôles internes rigoureux et soutien aux requêtes d'audit. Expérience requise: - Diplôme universitaire en commerce, qualification en comptabilité ou équivalent. - Plus de 3 ans d'expérience post-qualification dans un rôle similaire. - Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) et expérience préalable avec SAP. Comportements nécessaires: - Expérience en planification et analyse financière au sein d'une entreprise multinationale. - Solide compréhension des affaires et compétences analytiques. - Excellentes compétences en communication et style de travail collaboratif. - Motivation personnelle avec une attitude "can-do" et capacité à prioriser les tâches.
