**Internship overview**

As a Hospitality Assistant intern, you will support the hospitality team in creating exceptional experiences for clients. Your responsibilities will include organizing client bookings, sourcing hotels and transfers for various Grand Prix locations, and assisting in offering additional services during their stay. You will also help prepare marketing materials and set up VIP hospitality offerings for the Monaco Grand Prix, provide on-site support during the event, liaise with suppliers for VIP race viewing products, and assist with sales support.

**Main tasks & responsibilities**
- Assist hospitality team in creating experiences for clients
- Support hospitality team in organizing experiences booked for clients
- Source hotels, transfers for different Grand Prix locations
- Assist in dealing with clients to offer any additional services during their stay
- Support hospitality department in the production of the Monaco Grand Prix with preparing all marketing material and set up of the VIP hospitality offers
- Support on-site at the Monaco Grand Prix
- Liaise with suppliers for the production of VIP race viewing products
- Sales support

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communicating (e), strong analytical and negotiation skills
- **French and English speaking is a must** and any additional language is a plus
- Attention to details
- Organised and proactive
