Role Overview
We’re seeking a **Sales Assistant** to join our team. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing detailed product information, preparing quotes, and ensuring the smooth flow of showroom operations. It requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in the showroom, delivering attentive and personalized service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Prepare and manage quotes, orders, and follow-ups.
- Maintain the showroom’s presentation in line with the Eichholtz brand standards.
- Liaise with the supplier to process and track orders.
- Support the team with daily showroom operations and occasional events.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and motivated by providing excellent service.
- Ability to work well in a team while also being self-motivated and organized.
- Well-presented, professional demeanor suitable for a luxury retail environment.
- Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
- Fluent in English; French or other languages are an advantage.
