Internship – Web Content & Design Assistant

Location: Monaco

Duration: 6 months – Starting January 2026

The International University of Monaco (IUM) is a dynamic and international academic institution located in the heart of the Principality of Monaco.

Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the Communication & Recruitment Manager, you will take part in the following activities:

  • Optimizing content for LLMs and AI, structuring texts and data so they are easily interpretable by AI models and consistent with the institutional tone of voice
  • On-page SEO optimization (metadata, headings, internal linking, page structure)
  • Keyword research and performance analysis (via Google Search Console, Semrush, etc.)
  • Monitoring of rankings, content audits, and SEO recommendations
  • Writing and optimizing content (blog posts, academic program pages, landing pages)
  • Creating visual content and graphics for the website, social media, and campaigns using Canva and Photoshop
  • Editing videos for social media and promotional materials
  • Assisting with backlink strategies and competitive benchmarking
  • Collaborating with admissions, faculty, and communication teams

Your Profile

  • Student in Digital Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or Data/Analytics (Bachelor's level or higher)
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization
  • Familiarity with SEO tools: Google Analytics, GSC, Semrush or equivalent
  • Strong graphic design skills, with experience in Canva, Photoshop
  • Video editing skills for short social or promotional content
  • Excellent writing and editing skills – Fluent English required
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, curious, and a good team player
