**Your role**:
Within the Finance department, the Integration & IS team manages the procurement to pay and support collaborators from the internal order to the payment of the invoice.

**Your main missions**:

- Get to know the tools and information systems, related to the Finance department
- Develop a knowledge base of the use of software, such as Yooz and Netsuite
- Ensure the quality of the data collected
- Provide the information systems with the data collected
- Supporting the business experts on the processes implemented
- Training and ensuring compliance with the procedures implemented
- Providing training materials relating to the tools

**Requirements**:

- You are in the second or third year of study
- Financial or accounting, this is an easy knowledge
- You know how to manage with softwares an technical tools
- Your qualities are : autonomy, creativity and good relationship with others
- You also like to communicate with teams and train others to new processes
- You speak French and English of course
