L’ingénieur projets industrialisation est rattaché(e) à l’équipe en charge de la planification industrielle, elle/il assure la coordination entre les équipes internationales du client, notamment engineering d’une part, et manufacturing d’autre part. Elle/il est un(e) contributeur(trice) clé du succès industriel du constructeur.

En phase de développement des nouveaux véhicules, la/le manufacturing project-engineer participe à l’organisation et à la conception des lignes d’assemblage, depuis l’analyse des besoins jusqu’à la définition des moyens de production, leur déploiement, leur mise au point et jusqu’à la mise en service. En phase de production, elle/il prend part aux projets d’amélioration.

PRINCIPALES ACTIVITES:

- Pilotage de projet:

- force de proposition pour la définition des projets,
- animation des équipes multi-métiers,
- estimation des investissements, planification,
- reportings.
- Analyse ingénierie-montage en phases de développement, de démarrage puis de production:

- conception des lignes, des flux, des gammes et des layouts,
- identification d’amélioration du produit pour son assemblage, design-for-manufacturing
- optimisation make-or-buy, aide à l'élaboration de cahiers des charges,
- définition des moyens industriels, gestion des fournisseurs jusqu'à réception et documentation.
- Mise en œuvre des changements dans la production:

- Documentation méthodes - process, y compris paramétrisation des outils GPAO, supports de formations etc.
- Participation aux essais de prémontage et de montage, suivi du démarrage jusqu'à maturité série.
- Amélioration continue:

- mesure de l'efficacité des processus existants, analyse des écarts aux objectifs, propositions d’améliorations,
- mise en œuvre des optimisations orga / process,

COMPETENCES CLES:

- Ingénieur mécanique et/ou processus industriels.
- Maitrise des concepts, standards et outils de manufacturing engineering, notamment pour l’industrialisation de nouveaux produits (CAD, GPAO, PFMEA).
- Connaissance des méthodes de développement engineering - manufacturing du secteur automobile.
- Maîtrise de la langue Française et de l’Anglais, capacité d’intégration et de mobilisation d’équipes internationales pluridisciplinaires et multiculturelles. La maîtrise de l’allemand technique est un atout supplémentaire pour ce poste.
- Rigueur et organisation.
- Midset orienté service, agile et proactif, capable d’embarquer les équipes face aux changements, à l’incertitude et à la complexité.
- Appétence pour les outils de numérisation, intérêt pour la digitalisation des usines.
- Attention porté aux règles de Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement (QHSE).
