At Worldline, connecting and securing payment transactions is what we do daily. Covering the entire payment value chain, our technological guides craft and operate digital platforms that handle the millions of highly critical transactions between a company, its partners and its customers.

Currently, we are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Relations Manager to both activate our global talent pooling activities, as well as to optimise our hiring managers' capacity to attract junior talents. In this position, the person will keep our organisation up to date with all talent market trends, and ensuring the “big picture” between operation needs and business requirements. They develop and deploy our varied go-to-market strategies to target different audience groups, with a special scope on young audiences.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

- You are responsible for Worldline's recruitment value prepositions and employer branding contents.
- You ensure content quality for our internal and external career page (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Stack Overflow etc.) with our recruitment marketing officer, as well as developing thought-leaderships across conferences and summits around the world.
- You craft and implement recruitment marketing campaigns, job webinars and hiring events to address specific audiences, including developing presence on campus.
- You provide content-creation mentorship and guidance on all target recruitment marketing related materials for our global recruitment operations team, involving both recruiters and business.
- You lead and continuously improve our company and employer standing as a tier 1 driver for digitalization and cloud employment
- You collate consistent approaches, successful stories and multiply that know-how and opensource learning culture within the recruitment team and the wider enterprise.

Skills we can’t do without:

- Confirmed experience in marketing, communications and media operations
- Knowledge and agile project and program management
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- An effective can-do approach with excellent attention to detail
- A deep understanding of go to market strategies and operations
- Excellent presentation and interpretation skills
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in German, French or Spanish is welcome
