Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We’re seeking a results-driven Marketing and Business Support Associate to join our Central Securities Depository (CSD) Sales and Relationship Management team in Paris.

As part of the Marketing and Business Support team, you will play a key role in developing and executing Euronext Securities’ marketing strategy while supporting commercial teams with actionable insights and tailored materials.

Your mission is to ensure clear, consistent, and impactful communication across channels, strengthen client engagement, and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

You will be primarily responsible for:
- Content and communication:
- Contribute to the execution of the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and Group communication guidelines- Assist in drafting, editing and adapting messaging tailored to specific audiences to ensure consistency across platforms (social media, newsletters, website, client materials, events).- Sales team support:
- Tasks: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare targeted marketing materials and support with campaign execution.- Skills: assist with CRM updates, data extraction, and cleaning to generate basic analytics, reports and dashboards.- Market intelligence:
- Tasks: Monitor competitor activity and market trends, delivering actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.- Skills: Strong research and analytical abilities, capacity to synthesise information into clear recommendations.

Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Business Administration, or a related field providing knowledge in marketing principles and business strategy.- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, communication and/or business support position, ideally in an international environment.- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create compelling content and collaborate with teams.-
- Understanding of social media analytics and scheduling tools, for managing and analysing social media campaigns.- Working knowledge of CRM systems or lead management and client interaction tracking.- Competence in using spreadsheet and data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBI is a strong plus.- Adaptability and willingness to learn are important in a fast-paced, constantly changing marketing environment.-
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.- Project management abilities help in organising tasks, meeting deadlines and coordinating with other departments.- Attention to detail ensures accuracy in campaign execution, reporting, and content creation.
