**Silvr is Europe's first non-dilutive alternative financing solution.**
- Using data-driven scoring, it provides fast, secure, easy-to-access funding for digital businesses, and supports the growth of companies that want to diversify beyond debt and equity financing._
- Since its creation in 2020, Silvr has already deployed more than €100m to 300 digital companies, becoming Europe’s biggest neolender._

We started 3 years ago in France, where we have met considerable success, and we started expanding to Germany. We are now structuring our team before preparing for the next step.

As the Head of Product, you will create a clear product vision to make customers, stakeholders, and colleagues successful. The final objective is to build great user experiences and elegant solutions.

Within the Engineering Department, including 25 people, you will report directly to Greg, CTO and co-founder, and lead the Product Team (4 people).

**Your missions**:
**1/ Set the product vision**:

- Build product strategy with executive team.
- Lead the development of core products and own the strategy for incubating new products.
- Work directly with our customers (thanks to our Sales and Account Manager team) to gain a deep understanding of the best ways to support them in becoming more successful.
- Building world-class customer experiences whilst negotiating trade-offs and balancing business and technical requirements.

**2/ Team Management**
- Communicate and drive the strategy, build buy-in and trust, set clear objectives and key results.
- Collaborate directly with Design and Engineering to define a clear and evidence-based Product Roadmap and staff team appropriately.
- Ensure that the product team has the right skill sets and roles to successfully deliver the roadmap.
- Manage escalations and incidents and be accountable for the product organization.
- Optimize for delivering the best possible outcomes. Instil data-driven prioritization practices and encourage challenges to your ideas.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Have 5+ years of leading and scaling product teams, setting clear goals, and organizational hierarchy strategies, preferably in a scale-up and/or in financial services, fintech, or other related industries.
- Show a track record of building and launching successful products, by formulating, communicating, and driving a focused product vision.
- Optimize for delivering the best possible outcomes. Instil data-driven prioritization practices and encourage challenges to your ideas.
- Be committed to making your customers, stakeholders, and colleagues successful, with a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Be highly articulate when discussing technical concepts, managing tradeoffs, and evaluating new ideas.
