Reporting to our Content Director, you will create impact within our Creative and Experience department_. _In Creative and Experience, in Paris, Strategy, Data & AI Studios are at the heart of our 3 core missions, helping us make brainstorming, content & performance succeed together. We elaborate, create and optimize all digital touchpoints' formats, with the funnel always in mind. We build end-to-end solutions that bring audience expectations and platform algorithms together with relevance, clarity and cultural resonance. We focus on human-generated social creativity with cultural relevance that can live on any platform or medium.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Contribute to RFPs bringing a strategic vision and social expertise
- Understand brands and their audiences and find social angle on creative briefs
- Manage daily content delivery for clients' social media output, including briefing and overseeing the development of assets and using platforms/tools for posting, community management, research and reporting.
- Create social copy that follows platform best practices, ensuring all content is approved internally and externally before going live.
- Support client events, shows and/or shoots, including content capture and live posting.
- Collaborate with the team on creative ideation and talent research for clients and new business opportunities.
- Work with the Content, Creative & Brand Strategy team to ensure campaigns are innovative, effective, and aligned with broader brand goals
- Demonstrate an understanding of social audiences and trends, and speak the language of the internet.
- Manage talent and influencers including sourcing, contracting, briefing, with oversight and support from the team.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated expertise of main social platforms, especially Meta (Facebook, Instagram), but also X, Youtube et TikTok.
- Knowledge of Platform Business Manager like Facebook business manager
- You can contribute to or lead the development of digital strategies that help brands grow or reinvent their presence online. (2+ years experience)
- You stay curious and engaged with evolving trends and behaviours on social media. You're open to discovering new formats, communities, and voices that shape online culture today.
- Harness deep and insightful youth culture references and an understanding of diverse audiences, cultures and trends.
- Comfortable with interviews, external outreach, and on-the-ground storytelling. A background in journalism, editorial, or digital content is a plus.
- When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
- Fluency in French and English (verbal and written) is required given the scope of work.
- Interest or network in nightlife, food, and beverage culture: You bring valuable insights or connections from these vibrant scenes, helping us create content that feels authentic.
